”Sorry–I was just…” Till trailed off because he was a sucker for pretty faces and this guy had one. Tall, dark, and handsome, but that description fell short. If he were a better, braver, and less sober man, he may have even tried to flirt with the guy.
But this handsome-faced stranger only reaffirmed to Till that he had to get the hell out of there before he let himself get close and comfortable with a random dude. He cannot be doing things like this on a Saturday night–for crying out loud he’s–
”Till Lee,” the man whistled, “Aren’t you a bit too big to be on this ride?”
Even his voice was hot, shit, Till had to kill this guy for having the nerve.

Somewhere along the way Till had become too known for his own good and, maybe, had lost the thing people liked him for to begin with. He wasn't sure if Ivan would destroy his career or breathe life into it, but what's wrong with taking a few risks?

Ivan inevitably found himself standing in front of his puzzle, leaning slightly to get a better view of the boy’s face. It was the first time Ivan had ever gotten to see a black eye so close.
“Did you win or lose?” were the first words out of Ivan’s mouth.
The boy was so absentminded that he had flinched back at the simple question. For a second his sharp eyes widen before falling into two slits, a glare.
His arms tightened around himself and he huffed out a breath. “What are you talking about?”
Ivan pointed to his own eye, “Your face. Did you win or lose the fight?” His own face didn’t contort the way messy-haired playground boy’s did.

Summary
He is all too aware his feelings are filthy, far too twisted to ever be reciprocated. To call it “love” would be dumbing down something so complex he has never even managed to understand himself. Ivan does not love. He wants to possess Till, to live inside him, settle in his heart, carve out a space meant for him, invade his mind and body. But Till is perfect, far too perfect for him, and Ivan knows he may break under his touch if he is too ravenous. So he will take, he will welcome whatever Till chooses to give him, he will tame the monster inside of him. He will do it if that means Till won’t leave his side.
