By all rights Harry and Louis should hate each other. The whole Werewolf and Vampire centuries old war could add credence to that but against all the odds Harry loves Louis. And did he mention the whole Soulmates thing. If only the other vampires could accept that as quick as Harry had.

Summary
“It’s strike one,” Eddie tells him, sultry and low.
Buck shudders, “in that case, maybe I should tell you about the dining room.”
“Yeah? What’d you do to my dining room Buckley?”
“I was moving the table and I, um, I scratched the floors.”
Eddie tsks gently, “strike two.”
“And there were these renter friendly stick on hooks, y’know, to hang pictures and stuff,” Buck is panting, and his stomach is tightening in a way that tells him he is, in fact, getting hard while on the phone with his landlord, explaining all the reasons he will never be getting his security deposit back. “And they pulled off the paint.”
“Oh Buck,” Eddie’s voice is a rich whisper from the speaker, sympathy with a cruel edge, “that’s three strikes.”
-Or-
Buck is late paying rent... how could he ever make this up to his sexy landlord...

Summary
Buck has never been a fan of pet names.
He's been called them before. More times than he can count, really, but it's always sounded the same. Cheap. Transactional. Someone wanting something from him.
Babe. Baby. Sweetheart. They all blurred together into the same empty noise, the same hollow affection that never lasted past that one night.
The first time Eddie calls him one, he thinks it must be an accident.
-----------
or: Buck learns that maybe pet names can come from a place of love rather than someone just wanting him for what he can give them in one night.

Summary
For some reason, this was really doing it for Buck— seeing Eddie get riled up, how pink his cheeks would get, and how deep his voice would get. If Buck wasn’t careful, he’ll cross a line he shouldn’t.
He just can’t help it though and goes on a mission to ragebait Eddie to get a reaction out of him— to see how he could get under his skin.

Summary
The thing is, now that he’s accepted being romantically inclined towards Buck, he’s pretty sure he sees Buck’s reciprocated feelings everywhere. It feels more like a matter of when rather than if. Like Buck’s a sure thing.
On the evening of Buck’s speed dating event, he comes out of their bedroom asking for help picking between two jackets, and Eddie simply says, “you don’t need to go to that.”
“Huh?” Buck’s eyebrows shoot up, framed by that blushed red birthmark.
Eddie shrugs, leaning back on the couch and kicking his feet up. “Go waste time if you want, but you really don’t need to.”
/
Eddie is possessive of Buck, but he doesn't get jealous. Why would he? Buck's always been his.
