Summary
The Sixth Amendment gives the right of the accused to face their accuser(s) in court. Big Mike did this with Tony in Philly and banished Tony from the territory/city with threats if he showed up he was a dead man.
Tony had a Black Mark in his files from Jenny for refusing to work a case out there, and Vance is now threatening a Dereliction of Duty Case against him if he refuses to go out there now.Take to get things in writing about the threats to him if he did not do as asked/demanded of him, and call in the big guns.
