Redhead’s eyes widen comically as they finally snap to Jaskier’s. He quickly takes control of his expression, squinting at Jaskier as he bares his teeth. “Who the fuck do you think it is,” the man growls, slight color making its way to his freckled cheeks.
Jaskier’s brows furrow. That sounds like they should know each other, but Jaskier doesn’t recall anyone with such looks, maybe except for—
“Lambert?” he squeaks out, nearly falling off the bench.
