Summary
Looking at the wings more closely, Flux notices that the usually bright white feathers seem abnormally dull and quite a few of them look out of place and/or broken. Flux whistles at the disrepair of the once stunning feathery appendages.
“Yeah that doesn’t seem quite right now that I look at them.” he winces.
“God. This will take hours to do myself. I don't have time for this!” Saps whined as he leaned against his friend dramatically.“I could help, y’know?” Flux says, nudging Saps’ hand with his own.
A slow heat blooms in the avian’s face, traveling down his neck with slow progression.
“What?”---
Fluffy wingfic followed by angst with a happy ending (ik you guys are in a deficit of happy endings over here).

“Kaveh,” he confirms. “He is renowned in his line of work for his skill and passion.”
Lord Kusanali nods as if he had proved one of her silent queries. “I was hoping he would lend me a hand with this project,”
“I’m sure he would be honored,” he says earnestly.
She smiles, cheeks dimpling. “Do you really think so?”
Alhaitham smiles back, small, easy. “I know him quite well."
