Lamie finds out she's not the only spy in Whiskey Peak, and stows away (read: eats cookies in the galley) on the pirate ship escorting Princess Vivi home to Alabasta Kingdom, offering her services as a member of the Revolutionary Army in hopes of thwarting Crocodile's bloody plans. Ten years or so of whacking her best friend over the head with heavy objects has done nothing at all for Sabo's amnesia, so when she finds out the Strawhat Pirates originated in East Blue, she can't help but ask if any of them have ever been to a place called Dawn Island...
A fic I've had kicking around my skull for almost as long as 'Devil Woman' but never actually managed to make any progress on writing out until now. This is a bit of a "what if"/"fix-it", re-writing from the end of the Whiskey Peak Arc.

Summary
A fusion xover of My Hero Academia and Bungou Stray Dogs
Alongside a Japan dominated by Quirks and policed by Heroes, there exists the Special Administrative Region of Yokohama which has separated from the Japanese government. Ruled by their own laws, politics, and administration, it functions as another country where the Quirkless can seek refuge from discrimination in the outside world.
In Yokohama, Heroes are unwelcome, Villains unheard of, and usefulness is determined not by a quirk of genetics but by skill and merit. But the Tripartite Framework is new, and the HPSC is circling.
In this environment a Quirkless boy finds safety in the shadows of the Port Mafia when the shining light of Hero Society proves blinding. At the same time a young man without a home is saved by the stranger he pulls from the river, and discovers he holds a power that others had kept hidden from him all his life. Under the tutelage of the infamous Soukoku, Izuku and Atsushi will learn self-worth even if it kills them. Summary
Great Aunt Greta stays over for the holidays, much to Henry’s dismay. He knew he was getting another girly gift.
But after a funny and ironic story about his mum’s horrid days in childhood—Strangely enough, Henry found his most recent girly gift… less lame.
After all… this might’ve been the first time someone declared him more deserving of something than whoever the latter would be.
Or in a more simple way: Aunt Greta tells Henry that his mum—Fuming/Fake Francesca—used to be a spoiled little devil. Then gives Henry the very toy his mum always wanted (but didn’t deserve) when she was a little girl. Henry gatekeeps the toy to spite his mum for being a total hypocrite. But actually ends up appreciating the gift in a strange way.
(While it’s nothing like the film, this fic was inspired by the “Barbie Boy 2014” short film. Because I genuinely thought it was impressive that they represented a little boy who likes playing with dolls, without stereotyping the little boy with a fruity personality. Just having fun with them.)
