Eri stares at him. “You.”
Deku laughs a little, even though he looks happy to hear it. “That’s very sweet,” he says, “but I meant out of everyone else.”
Oh. Eri considers this, but after what happened today she doesn’t really have to think about it. “Kacchan,” she tells him. She likes Kacchan because he’s nice and because he doesn’t treat her like she’s fragile and because he made her cookies. And she knows Deku likes him a lot, too, so she knows it’s a good answer.
“Do you want to know a secret, Eri?” Deku smiles again. “Kacchan is my favorite, too.”
Or Katsuki makes it his business to befriend Eri, and realizes he has a lot in common with this traumatized kid.

Rudo lifted his head a fraction, vision swimming. For a second, the shape in the doorway blurred into something else entirely—taller, steadier, exactly where he wanted him to be.
“...Regto?” he said, quiet. Hopeful. Stupid.

Team Akuta goes on a overnight trip. Of course that is when Rudo's hands start hurting like hell and gets sick on top of it, but he dismisses the signs and dosen't realise it untill the middle of the night when he wakes up from a nightmare and in pain.

Ever since falling to the Ground, it's been constant movement, constant situations, new problems every day that Rudo has been thrown into. He hasn't had many chances to be still and grieve the father he watched get murdered, or the past he'll likely never return to, for the matter. How does one grieve anyway?

His hands are starting to hurt. Really, really bad. But Regto isn't here to make that hurt go away and he can't show the others his hands because they'll either be disgusted and scared away like everyone on the Sphere or they'll think he's weak and kick him out and Rudo thinks he'd rather deal with the hot, pulsing pain in his hands than either of those outcomes and-
