    In which Hoshina proposes a foursome, they all agree and Narumi is forced to feel definitely too much for one person to remain sane. (If he was that in the first place, some people wouldn't agree.)

    The captain was ready to have a conversation with the vice captain when he smelled it: pure power and bloodlust in form of smell; he wasn’t even sure how that was possible, but he couldn’t find another word to safe his life to describe it.
    The vice captain was sure “you can smell it too…” it wasn’t even a question, by the look of the captain he was sure the man could smell the same thing.
    Kaiju n.10 started speaking again “it’s what you call n.8 that’s releasing that smell, he’s ready to mate” Hoshina stopped breathing, what was that even about? What does it means that n.8 was ready to “mate”? Was that something he should be concerned about?.

    “What would ya say if I asked ya to stay?” Hoshina asked, his voice slurred with alcohol and cosy sleepiness as he looked up at Ichikawa through the darkness.

    “I would say that you've had a lot to drink.” Ichikawa replied. If Hoshina wasn't in the right state of mind to be logical, then Ichikawa would have to be logical for the both of them.

    “What if I said I'd ask ya even if I was sober?” Hoshina asked, and Ichikawa sighed.

    “I'd call bullshit.” Ichikawa replied simply, and he was right. It was bullshit.

    “Mm, maybe you're right.” Hoshina agreed slowly, tilting his head closer into the pillow and gazing up at Ichikawa from under his lashes. “I might not’ve had the courage to ask ya sober.”

    After seeing Reno badly hurt, Hoshina realises something, gets drunk, and admits that something

    Narumi looks over his shoulder to meet the glowing red eye. Before it fades to black, it ushers one last taunt.

    “We’ll dominate you soon enough, though.”

    “Vice-Captain Hoshina, sir…” Ichikawa began, shifting his weight and taking a deep breath because he was already here and he had already bothered Hoshina, so he should at least make it worth Hoshina’s time. So he fell forward into a low bow as he apologised, “I'm sorry to bother you so late at night.”

    He was sort of expecting Hoshina to decide that it was far too late at night to deal with whatever this was and close the door in Ichikawa's face. He was sort of expecting Hoshina to tell him to go away, to decide that Ichikawa simply wasn’t worth it right now.

    He wasn't at all expecting to hear Hoshina ask in a very gentle voice, “Everythin’ okay, Ichikawa?”

    Ichikawa glanced up, peeking through his bangs at Hoshina and trying to tamp down on the sudden leap of hope in his chest that Hoshina cared, but maybe he should have known better by now than to wonder if Hoshina would turn him away or close the door in his face. Maybe he should have known that there was something between him and Hoshina.

    He was in Hoshina’s presence, in Hoshina’s care – he was surrounded by Hoshina’s scent, and everything would be alright.

    Ichikawa goes into heat <3
