Summary
Ten years after Maruzensky's victory over the URA finale, life had calmed down for her. She had settled down happily with Symboli Rudolf, now an administrator for the URA and sitting councillor on the Bureau for Umamusume Justice.
Maru grows concerned when Rudolf starts coming home later and later, more tired and stressed than before, thanks to big troubles with a new Umamusume Street Racing Gang that were proving to be a very dangerous threat, and beyond the usual grasp of the Bureau.
Something stirs in Maruzensky's soul as she stares out her window at Tata, her red Lamborghini Countach, now only taken for joyrides. If those Street Racers were untouchable by the police, perhaps there was still something that could be done.
Because it's not simply a matter of justice...
