Heaving himself off his couch seemed like a monumental task, but felt much easier than opening his eyes at the moment, so up he went. He stood unsteadily on his feet, but stayed upright, so he counted it as a win as he swayed in place.
Stumbling slightly as he made his way to the door, the presence of the cursed energy grew stronger, and with it he could feel its twirling wrongness. It didn’t feel like something that belonged in this place, or this time.
What an interesting thought that was—time-traveling cursed energy.

Summary
The war in Ishval is beginning to wind down. The State Alchemists sent in by Fuhrer King Bradley have done their job well. The Flame Alchemist has amassed a reputation of the bringer of death and destruction- surpassing even Solf Kimblee in pure destructive capabilities. In a few more months, the war will be declared won, and the soldiers sent home.
Alone on the outskirts of a deserted battlefield, Roy Mustang is caught in an explosion that would have been lethal if not for two things: the Flame Alchemist's quick reflexes, and a couple of doctors named Rockbell.
Hiding from the military, he returns with them to Resembool, where he meets two young boys and their mother; good friends of the Rockbells and new family for the disgraced alchemist. But the military isn't done with him yet, and the homunculi still need their sacrifices.Or... Roy gets injured and ends up in the Elric household while Ed and Al are still young. The combination is rather explosive.

Klaus was used to seeing people. Well people was putting it very kindly, he was used to seeing mutilated corpses. Not that all of them looked mutilated, sometimes they were hardly recognizable as ghosts. Day in and out, there was at least one ghost around, at least when he was sober.
Five times in his life he first felt fear when coming face to face with his siblings, once it was a great relief.
AKA Five times Klaus saw his siblings out in the real world and was scared and one time he was relieved.
