Summary
Waking up to an angel lurking his dreams was not how Sam Winchester planned his morning, but such is the life of a Winchester. Begging for his help, the angel calls herself Azrael. She claims she needs his aid to get her back on her feet after being dragged off the cliffs of Heaven back when the Leviathan roamed the planet. After learning that she was true to her word, he reluctantly agrees to help her. Sam really should've read the fine print.

In the wake of Lilith's death and the apparent destruction of their brotherhood, Dean and Sam find there's an even bigger revelation than Lucifer rising, because Lucifer isn't in his Cage. Lucifer and Michael both Fell a long time ago and became someone new. Became human.
With Heaven and Hell gunning for them, and new/old brothers fighting beside them, Dean and Sam have to navigate the world as the archangels they used to be and the brothers they're desperately trying to be again. Their bonds of brotherhood aren't easily torn apart, though, and something their enemies would be wise to realize.

Summary
I’m horrible at writing summaries, but here goes. Set after the boys went their separate ways. Sam called Dean to tell him that he was Lucifer’s vessel, only to have his brother tell him how much better they were apart. Hurt, and afraid, Sam did the only thing that he thought might work to keep Lucifer from claiming his vessel. Unfortunately, he woke up anyways. Only, when he woke, it was to find the Trickster of all people sitting on the bed across from him.
He hadn’t expected to see him of all people there, and he certainly hadn’t expected to find him in his car the next morning, announcing that he was going to be traveling with him. Together, they set out, one to try and stop this whole thing, and the other for reasons that he keeps to himself.
Loki’s open about his opinion that Sam is going to eventually say ‘yes’. To him, it’s not even a question To Sam, it’s the one thing he’s determined to keep from happening.

Summary
Creating life is a hard process. When new life is being formed, first does not come sentience. Not for humanity, anyway. Even after birth, it takes time for a child to know it exists. Of course, this is not the same process for a being who already existed, and then was scattered across the universe. That process is much harder, because sentience arrives before anything else.
In which Gabriel is brought back to life, and is inconveniently tied to the youngest Winchester, Sam.
