Summary
Sasuke Uchiha. Whose older brother had slaughtered his entire family in one night. He slowly breaks beneath the pressure of those around him and the voices that have been haunting his existence since the massacre.

He just wanted to be free, free from his life and memories and free from greed and love.He knew he was just another pawn in the game and maybe Itachi was too. So when it all falls apart, he runs away.
On a search for answers, he finds himself in another world, where he has to find a way home and reveal the truth about Itachi and not fall apart before doing so.
Trust the process please. It gets better with each chapter

Summary
Something unreadable is on Kakashi’s face, but he doesn’t seem impressed. “You two are eloping?”
“No,” Naruto says pointedly. His gaze drops to the floor. For once, he chooses his words carefully. “But if he can’t stay, then I’ll go with him.”
Kakashi’s voice is grave. “You’re the number one candidate for Hokage. You tirelessly ranted on and on about how this is your dream. Are you going to give up all that hard work?”
“It’ll just be a little while,” Naruto mutters, not quite believing himself.
“Surely you aren’t that naïve, Naruto,” Kakashi warns. “If you leave with Sasuke, I don’t think we’ll ever see you again.”
“I’m not being naïve,” Naruto says. “I would come back.”
Kakashi’s voice has dropped any pretence of humour. “I thought you hated people who lie to themselves the most.”
After their legendary battle and final fight in the Valley of the End, Naruto slowly heals in the hospital. Sasuke doesn’t.
Three years later, whilst on a diplomatic mission to the Hidden Grass Village, Naruto encounters a masked mercenary who takes him by storm.

Summary
Uchiha Madara realises he has been played just a little too late. And while he doesn't, fully, regret his plans, he does regret leaving the last Uchiha alone.
After all, nothing is worse than an Uchiha alone.
And the Sage, or the Rinnegan, hear him.
(Or, after Zetsu's betrayal, Madara is sent in the past. Not far enough to stop the Massacre or to save his clan, but just in time to be there for a child that wears his dead bother's face. (And he is so tired of living without Izuna.))
