Summary
At eleven, Tim Drake tried to blackmail Batman into making him Robin. Batman made it clear that he did not want another Robin, and certainly didn't want Tim. Which is...fine. But Batman tattling to his parents about Tim's hobbies and getting him sent to a boarding school overseas feels a little targeted. Now, he is back in Gotham under the conditions of 1) not bothering the Waynes, 2) not blabbing about his home life, and 3) following through on "familial duties."
So, why is Dick Grayson trying to talk to him at a gala?
Or:
Tim misunderstands adults, Dick is concerned, Bruce is trying very hard to adopt this feral child, and Jason is still Tim's favorite superhero.

Danny Phantom followed the strange feeling he got and found himself among others. Older and stronger than him and definitely more experienced. But he was called to help and he would.
Valerie, Sam, Tucker, and Jazz are nearly ripping their hair out with all the new messes their reckless halfa is getting into with other super heroes.
Amity Park was cheering on their local hero as he became a hero of the world. The GiW and Fenton Parents were scowling and wondering how he fooled the Justice League.
The Ghost Zone knows he's their king but he doesn't know it yet. They all collectively agree to keep an eye out for the baby ghost king and make sure his new friends don't try anything stupid.
The Original Justice League members have no clue who this sassy dead child is but he's theirs now and they are trying to not have heart attacks with some of the things he says and does.
This should be interesting.

Despite his father's disapproval of Nancy, he has had her. He tried so hard to return to normalcy with her after the events of last November. Taking her out on dates, seeking her out in the halls so he could carry her books and escort her to her classes. Hell, he even sat through the tortures of dinner with the Hollands, listening to how they’re selling their house so that they could afford the private investigator they had sought out to help find their daughter.
But somewhere along the line, Nancy must’ve realized that everything about Steve was bullshit.
She must’ve seen the cracks in his facade, the way his eyes lingered a second too long on Tommy before Steve realized who Tommy really was. The way Steve's body curled into the quick physical affections he was given from the freckled boy, how he would seek out his touch.
Somehow Nancy knew.
She knew his best-kept secret about himself that he kept locked away from everyone else. The one he kept locked from even himself.

Danny Fenton is thirteen when he gets his powers and decides that the best use of them is to protect his painfully plain town from ghosts. For the first three months, everything is grrrre— fine! Just fine. It's a lot harder than he was expecting, nothing like what the tv shows he grew up with made it out to be, but he'll make do! It's what he does.
Then Vlad Masters, the only other person with ghost powers like his—someone Danny has purposely been putting out of his mind, since Masters wants his Dad dead—and whom he hasn't seen since the truce Danny blackmailed out of him a month ago, shows up in Amity Park. He claims it's not for trouble, he just wants to go over the stipulations for their tenuous truce. And, also, spend time with his godson; Danny himself.
Danny can handle it! He can handle it. He's his own hero. He...
He might need some help.
Or someone disconnected from Amity Park as a whole, outside of Vlad's sphere of influence, who doesn't know who Danny Fenton or his crazy parents are. Without any stakes in the game, away from this ghost nonsense, that Danny can exist with. He doesn't even have to be Danny for it.
Maybe he just... needs a friend.
