Souls from the Ever After return to the Ever After- an endless cycle. Souls from those on Remnant however, those do not. But the gods aren't truly omnipotent, and the laws they dictated are just that... laws that can, and sometimes should, be broken. No one knows that better than the Blacksmith in the tree herself.
Pyrrha Nikos spent her final moments fighting for those she loved. For the life she loved. She died, and the story of those on Remnant went on, sadly, without her.

Summary
Jaune Arc, also known as The Rusted Knight, has traveled the Ever After for ten years. But after wandering for so long, he has been granted a second chance. To fix the mistakes of the past, the mistakes that he made, and saving a couple lives along the way. Going back years into the past he meets a few unfortunate (and soon to be) nefarious souls. The question is not killing them, but fixing them. Can he turn these ne'er do wells into forces for good?
