Summary
At the bottom of Hateno Village, there stands a house. Old, isolated and, up until recently, empty.
In that house, there is a loft. And in that loft, over the past few years, a number of memories have been made.

Summary
New Year’s Eve in Hyrule Castle is a night for celebration. For embracing the season of winter, and thinking on one’s hopes for the year to come. Dances are danced, wine is drunk, and wishes are sent to the flame in the hope that they will come true.
A shame then, that Zelda doesn’t believe in wishes.

Summary
He was having deja vu. Deja vu that threw him back to mere years ago. Zero idea of where he was, hunting down shrines under the guidance of a cryptic ghost, and getting his ass kicked by foes he normally wouldn’t bat an eye at. Only this time around, he was also lucky enough to be bestowed with a fever that would flush on and off at a whim, and bouts of nausea that made his stomach recoil at the idea of eating anything more extravagant than an apple.
And of course, the memory of how he ended up back in this situation.
Link moves through the events of the Upheaval while remembering the years of peace he and Zelda had between it and the Calamity. TOTK narrative with chapter preludes of post-BOTW moments.

Summary
Link forced his sleep-heavy eyes away from Zelda’s face and down the length of the bed. Further piles met him; a barricade of vellum and paper standing against any possible escape.
He sighed and let his head fall back to the pillow. "Is this really necessary?"
After an injury forces Link to be laid up in bed, Zelda has to take drastic measures to ensure he stays there.

Summary
At first, it was easy to ignore. Just a little tingle in his leg that happened sometimes when Link was in the kitchen. No big deal. It seemed to stop if he moved more often, so he started dancing a little while he hummed and cooked. It made Zelda smile every time she caught him at it, so moving didn’t even seem like a downside.
But when it went from “a little tingle” to “walking on fire," it was only a matter of time before Zelda figured out something was wrong.

Summary
A bit belated, Zelda and Link finish setting up their decorations for the Winter’s Moon celebration— the first one they’re seeing since the Calamity. It’s the longest night of the year— and as the darkness fades, the great spirit Naydra will fly overhead, bringing with her a beautiful aurora as she guides the dawn of a new year across Hyrule.
The feast in town is just about ready, Link is raring to ask Zelda to dance in the square as the dragon passes over Hateno, and Zelda herself is just about finished with her handmade decorations, but something feels wrong.
Something is missing.
