Summary
The challenge is simple: Anyone who can get the tassel off the cat's neck will be granted the hand of its witch, Zanka Nijiku.
Jabber has no interest in marrying some stuck-up witch, no matter how pretty he may be. What he does want, though, is access to a certain witch's garden, and the poisons within. And if the only way in was getting that snooty cat on his side, he could make nice long enough for that. He'd always been a cat person anyway. How hard could it be?
(inspired by that old tumblr story/prompt "the most wanted woman in town" but a little different obv bc its Janka)

“Good evening” Jayce murmured under his breath, too quick for Viktor to catch.
“Hello, Jayce” he put on a polite smile. Trying his best to not look like a nervous mess, he clasped his hands together, afraid his hands would shake like being in a job interview.
“Thank you for packing those” Jayce lifted all the 3 bags in one hand. Was ready to turn around on his heels and dip– it felt uncomfortable for him. Oh he must be dating someone then.“Jayce, I'd like to talk if you don’t mind,” he said quickly before Jayce left. Jayce stood in shock, Viktor never wanted to talk, not after divorce. He thought they would never talk, Viktor thought that too.
“About?” He looked confused and scared. Viktor wanted to comfort him that he doesn’t want their marriage back. That he can date as much as his heart content. The anger is reeling its head back, ugly and twisted in his stomach.
