There’s something wrong with Will.
It started three weeks ago, almost four. Will had woken from some sort of nightmare and, instead of seeking comfort in Mike the way he usually would, he’d rolled out a sleeping bag from the closet and chosen to sleep on the floor.
No one believes Mike, except for Joyce. But even she doesn’t understand the full extent to which something is wrong with Will.
Mike understands, though. Mike has been paying attention.

It was their second loop when those eyes full of unbridled determination blazed straight through his soul. The battle within the trenches had raged around them, Tank had shouted something, only to be drowned out by the teeth clenching sound of metal, gunfire, and the undead. His lips formed the familiar syllables that had Edward’s uncertain heart crack in two.
'I know you.'
And Edward was already hopelessly lost. The idea of a soul mate never seemed to have an appeal, nor be physically possible, before that moment.
But, as with many other things, Tank Dempsey was never one to care about what was physically possible. He had burst through Edward’s meticulously built defenses true to his namesake, all while wearing that insufferable grin.----------------

Summary
Stan released the breath he was holding and squared his shoulders, raising his hand and knocking on the door. He had barely finished rapping his knuckles against the door once before it was swinging open wide, revealing his brother on the other side.
His immediate thought was that something was wrong, because Ford was just standing there. Grinning.
The look on Ford’s face was almost manic, and the dark circles under his eyes didn’t help. Stan could see how bloodshot his eyes were even from a couple of feet away. His clothes were crumpled like he had been wearing them for several days straight, and his hair was sticking almost straight up from his head, as if he had been constantly tugging at it with his hands.
“Stanley, you finally made it!”
Stan forced himself to relax a little. Ford’s tone sounded genuinely happy, so whatever was wrong couldn’t have been too bad. He was just getting himself worked up for no reason, half believing his twin would have had to be dying or something before ever wanting to see him again.
