Summary
Dani shut her eyes against the sunlight invading the bedroom. Too soon, the blissful haze between dream and wakefulness dissipated, and pesky thoughts about the day ahead intruded. She had never been a morning person, but for some reason, leaving the bed that day felt almost painful.
Her only consolation was the pleasant sensation of fingertips running over her skin, drawing paths from the back of her neck to the sensitive sides of her hips. Dani leaned into the touch with a soft mewl, curling into the figure underneath her.
"Buen día, mi vida."

Summary
This most recent instance of dimension hopping had picked up Mack’s messy feelings like a claw machine from where she had tried to abandon them in the fake sand of the fake beach, and dropped them on Brady’s living room couch in the shape of two real humans, wide eyed and bushy tailed and counting on her to take their hands and guide them through this new world.
So now, on top of worrying about possible black mold in the basement, the drawer full of forged documents in her desk, and her and Brady’s almost empty bank accounts that were somehow supposed to feed two extra mouths, Mack had to worry about the way Lela’s batting eyelashes and Tanner’s smiles made her weak in the knees.Series

Summary
Megan's eyes are a rich gold during the night, two suns before sunrise, and watch Lara with the keen focus of a hunter. This used to make Lara nervous, way back when Megan was a timid kit hiding in shadows away from Lara's light. Lara remembers the feeling of being watched, the hairs on her arms rising only to turn around and find nothing.
Now Megan's attention still gives her goosebumps, but for a much different reason.
After running around the forest all night, Megan returns to her girlfriend and their warm bed before even shifting back.

Summary
She fills her mouth with air and chews it with her back teeth, blowing until it sounds like rushing waves breaking over rocks.
"Shhh, shhh, shhh..."
She flaps her tail to the rhythm of the sound, happily spiralling up to the surface. The boats are back.Day 158: Describe something underwater

The contents of Sasha's trunk were strawn on the floor, making a trail to her bed, where Mirage was happily engaged in braiding golden necklaces into her hair.
"I see you have found the jewelry."

Summary
Petra swallows, remembering the night in the stairwell. Thinking about how it was the first time Jane had felt real to her since the day they met, and how she didn’t want it to end, and how that was so, so dangerous. To want like that.
(Or, Jane marries Petra to save her from Milos. And things start to get real complicated after that.)

Summary
Being a golf caddy at a country club isn’t Trevor’s life dream. It’s not even, like, top eight life dreams. (Or: the perks of being a nepo cousin, or: how to get a girlfriend by watching from a distance.)
