Summary
Red Hood kept his distance from the Bats. They had something akin to a truce, but they always maintained a healthy level of mutual wariness and animosity. None of them knew him, not in any way that mattered, and he was content keeping things that way.
Unfortunately, secrets had a way of coming to light.

Summary
“Well. Um. You need to get dressed, so.”
Prime, picks up a set of the clothes, plopping them into Jasons lap. Jason stares, then drags his gaze up back to Prime.
“C’n you help?” He says, resting his hands over the fabric in his lap, rubbing the worn cotton between his fingers.
Prime flushes again, and then he's stepping forward with a sigh. “If you remember any of this and try to kill me I’m gonna be really upset.”
Or, Jason is hurt on a mission and probably should call for help. Oh well. Prime is here anyway.

Summary
It’s not everyday Jason would encounter a vampire like Clark Kent. Let alone, keep one alive for as long as he had. Keeping Clark around is useful—like having a dog. Loyal, obedient, and willing to do whatever Jason wanted, but sometimes that dog would growl and bite.
Protective of his owner—and desperate for affection.
or: While hunting and investigating why vamps in Gotham have become so active, Jason gets injured, and Clark goes wild. When the hunt is over, Clark couldn’t help but drool at the scent of Jason’s blood.

Summary
The boy watches him carefully, focusing sharply on his every reaction, “You got any kids?”
Bruce makes sure the surprise at the question is not evident on his face, “I don't,” He answers heavily.
Peter closes his eyes with a slow and deliberate movement, disappointment evident in the way his shoulders relax in defeat, “So you're not my dad, huh?”
“No, Peter,” Bruce confirms gently, not sure why the truth feels wrong, “I'm not your father.”
The boy opens his eyes, expression full of grief and eyes a blazing gold flecked with green, “My name's actually Jason.”
(A strange boy covered in scars enters Doctor Bruce Wayne's emergency room.)

Summary
Bruce looks down again, this time focused entirely at the spot where the palms of their hands touch, Jason's soft and unblemished and Bruce's calloused and scarred, “Thank you for waking me up. I'm sorry if I scared you."
“I wasn't scared,” Jason immediately says. He sounds as childish as he feels.
Bruce doesn't chastise him, blinking slowly at him as he laughs quietly and whispers, “I was pretty scared.”
Jason's hand squeezes around Bruce's wrist involuntarily.
(When Bruce has a nightmare, Jason is the one to save him.)
