“Let him be excited.” Kaji scolded.
“You ain’t the boss of me!” Sakura hissed back.
Umemiya chuckled softly at their interaction. “Oh, my dear brothers, we will find ways to communicate well with each other by the end of this trip.”

Sakura had planned to handle his own wounds himself - they weren’t bad, after all; most of them would just swell up or bruise, and he’d be sore and aching tomorrow, but there wasn’t much to be done about them in the moment. “You’re the one that got a knife to the ribs.”
