    All of Spoke's frantic energy came to a screeching halt. The words died on his tongue. His hands stopped their constant movement.

    "Oh," he said quietly.

    Mapicc's ears twitched at his voice, but he didn't look up. If anything, he curled tighter into himself, that whining sound getting quieter like he was trying to hide it. Trying to be small. Trying to disappear.

    Spoke stood frozen in the doorway for a long moment, his mind suddenly racing in an entirely different direction. He'd been ready for chaos, for laughter, for causing problems on purpose. The void was still thrumming through him, eager and restless, begging him to move, to run, to flicker.

    But Mapicc was crying.

    With his boots planted on the shaking platform, built up with thousands of explosives, Spoke couldn't speak. Within him, there was a storm of anger, hurt, fear, and sadness building up within him. For the past weeks Spoke had been searching, searching every inch of the server for his friend- best friend- Mapicc. So, this was his last resort, 4 different redstone platforms which would help him destroy Capital City. And now he was being told they were broken?

    And the person responsible- the person who had been sent to deal with him was Parrot?

    Basically just the attempted scene in "My Best Friend Died on The Unstable SMP", where Spoke seems to half want to blow up the city and half not. This goes a little bit different, but nothing majorly changed.
