  Summary

  H.L. Balcomb said "Regardless of the destination, all roads lead home". Billy Hargrove understood the concept but had no idea how the road to Hawkins, Indiana would lead home when for him, home was about 2000 miles west of where he was headed. For Billy, the only road that really mattered was one taking him back to California. But if he couldn't take off back to his beaches until he was 18 then he was going to damn well make sure everyone in Hawkins knew, that for the next two years, this town was HIS.
