Izuku and Rody have been dating for a while, Izuku wants to propose, but worries about how to do it; it needs to be perfect, after all.
Rody couldn't be any less worried about life. His siblings live a stable and happy life, he's a pilot like he always dreamed and he's married to the guy he fell in love as a teenager.
Or: Izuku wants to propose, Rody doesn't understand his stressing because, in his culture, if two people in a romantic relationship live together, that means they're married.

So maybe the interview with Nighteye had left Izuku a little... frustrated, but it was fine. It was fine! He'd gotten the internship in the end, and he'd dealt with a lot more discrimination than a rigged test. There was no point in being angry when it wouldn't change anything.
But after Izuku bumped into an unusually angry stranger on the walk back to UA, he decided he should talk to All Might. Just to ask why the man never told him about Togata being a potential successor, that's all! And why All Might never mentioned Nighteye didn't like him before sending him to the man's agency! Small things. Just some small things he wanted to discuss.
It's not long after that Izuku was realizing there were much bigger things he had sitting on his chest, and the newfound urge to acknowledge them began to take over.
He was angry.
Or, Izuku has been suppressing his anger since he was a child, when being upset only got him insults and scoldings. When he's unknowingly affected by an anger-amplifying Quirk on the walk home, however, he and those around him are forced to confront everything simmering within for years.

Ochako isn't someone who would leave a person out in the rain, especially not with an injured Pokemon.
Izuku isn't any more normal than the strange storm he blows in with. He's not even a Pokemon trainer, in spite of the fact that he has a Dratini who won't leave his side. But the more she finds out about him, the more she wants to help him, even if she ends up getting involved in something scarier than she could have imagined.

Summary
The Oni, a vigilante, has gained notoriety in Musutafu thanks to his high rate of capturing criminals and because of whispers in villain circles that he cannot be killed. Aizawa Shouta knows the truth, though--The Oni isn't human. He's a demon, a monster who consumes the flesh and blood of normal humans, and has to be stopped before the murders he must commit outweigh the good he's seeming to do.
Midoriya Izuku might not be human anymore, but he can't throw away his dream, especially since it doesn't matter that he doesn't have a quirk. He's faster and stronger than normal people, and his wounds heal in an instant. Even if he can't go to UA, he can still be a hero--or at least, not just a monster.
