Summary
“Suguru.” Satoru breathed out, eyes falling on the exhausted omega.
The long haired omega was slumped against one of the many walls of the small room, his black hair, usually sleek and heavily cared for, hung in damp, tangled strands around his face and shoulders, sticking to his damp skin.
Suguru’s arms cradled a tiny bundle against his chest, wrapped in what seemed like a blood stained pink yet fluffy towel. The omega was cradling it close, almost protectively as he rubbed his face against it with loud, unaware purrs.
Then Satoru heard a coo but not from Suguru.
And just as his eyes trailed lower— they fell on the small baby snuggled right below Suguru's swollen tit.
Or where,
when the burden of their relationship and war forces satoru to call off the the little affair between him and suguru after years of secretly meeting up— he finds himself abandoning the omega in one way or another to feel like he wasn't betraying his own morals and distances himself from him with the promise of never seeing him again.
that is until he finds suguru bleeding, feral and nursing an unknown pup with very familiar white hair in some cheap and sketchy motel room.

Suguru buries his face in his hands, his ears visibly red from embarrassment. He doesn’t talk for a few seconds.
Satoru cuts the silence due to his impatience. “Anytime now, Suguru.”
Suguru breathes in loudly, he tries to look at Satoru’s eyes but he looks away immediately. “In me.”
