Prince Shouto has had enough of the king toying with him, so he decides to end it all at the mountain's cliff. Despite loving him with all his heart, his love never seemed to be returned. So he takes the dire step, but when he opens his eyes again, he is at the hospital, among people he thought he left behind, and Katsuki's there as well. But he isn't the same; none of them are, and he is stuck in a world now to stare at the man he loves, who has no obligation to love him in this world he is stuck inside.

Barbarian Katsuki fucks up with Prince Shouto in his own world, and Shouto is given a second chance at life in a different place. However, Hero Katsuki is not that much of an idiot to not really see what is in front of him.

Summary
“Has Fuyumi told you about the new volunteer?” Shouto shakes his head looking at his sister as he shoves another bite in his mouth.
“Oh my God, Shouto, this kid is just like Touya.” Fuyumi says, covering her mouth as she laughs. Shouto’s face contorts to something between amusement and concern.
“Is this really the best place for him to volunteer?” Shouto asks with a laugh and his mom waves him off.
“He really is a sweet kid. I think you'd like him.” Shouto smiles as he takes the last bite of his ice cream, and he and Fuyumi get ready to leave. He hugs his mom tight and hopes they'll see each other again soon.
OR:
Katsuki is sick and tired of the way he's perceived, so he decides to go on a journey to change it, and starts to volunteer at a hospital in the city, in hopes that he can bring out a gentler part of himself.
He ends up achieving more than personal growth.

“What the hell, half n’ half?!” Katsuki tugs him inside by the front of his sweater, slamming the door shut as Shouto brushes out whatever wrinkles he left behind. “Is this some kind of joke?”
“I’m not joking about anything,” Shouto tells him calmly, pulling his phone out of his pocket and pulling up some app. He turns it around and, lo and be-fucking-hold, Katsuki’s full name is right there in black and white across the screen. “You emailed my agency, didn’t you? An hour of cuddles—”
“Don’t fucking call them that.” Katsuki scowls.
“What should I call them then—snuggles?”
“...Get out. Now.”

In the aftermath of a mission resulting in the death of a civilian under his care, Katsuki realizes that he needs help picking up his broken pieces—whether he likes it or not.

That was just a few hours ago, and now here he is: shaking in fear as Katsuki hugs him tightly. They are screaming, looking at the most awful sight they have ever seen.
If only they hadn't accepted the dare and stayed home...
