Minho kept walking with determined steps. Jisung hurried after him, and following right behind, a camera person was filming all of it. “I can’t practise on my own if you won’t show me.”
Minho still wasn’t answering. Arriving at a house, Minho stopped at the door, turning around, speaking clearly as if he were talking to a child. “You can practise on your own. Patience. You practise patience.”
The comedian Han Jisung and a group of other celebrities are filming the reality series Shaolin Souls in a temple far up in the mountains, where they delve right into the most challenging, pain inducing Kung Fu training you can think of.
Unluckily, one of the masters training them turns out to be the most gorgeous man Jisung has ever seen, immediately reminding him of the vow he's made to lose his virginity before the end of summer. But Shaolin masters don’t hook up, right? They don’t initiate passionate sexual relationships with the students… and they definitely do not fall in love, either. Or, do they?

Summary
For someone who's constantly reading romance novels, Minho is perfectly immune to the love propaganda. He's glad his friends have found their one true love, he really is. And he's more than ready to support them now that Korea has finally legalized same-sex marriage and they all got engaged.
He just doesn't feel the need for a significant other. His life is already too busy, he has no time slots left in his calendar to even think about going through the harrowing ordeal of falling in love.
His friends, though, missed the memo and are now ganging up on him. To stop the constant pestering, he tells them he has, in fact, a boyfriend. He was just waiting for the right time to introduce him to them. He's just out of town now. And he doesn't exist, but they don't need to know that.
Luckily Minho has money and access to the internet.
Enter Jisung, struggling musician, friend of a camboy, and behind on his rent. So much so, he doesn't feel above dating someone for money. It's not technically prostitution, and he wouldn't mind it even if it was. He likes having a roof over his head.

Summary
As he's shutting the door, he can hear Hyunjin and Felix whispering in the kitchen. He barely catches when Hyunjin says, "I'll go back there and kick his fucking ass. Jisung has done everything for him in the last four years." The anger stops him in his tracks, leaning in closer to the sounds.
"I just hope he knows he deserves so much more," Felix responds, his voice slipping to a louder volume, but still soft in tone. "Jisung deserves the moon, not just a handful of stars." Tears spring back to his eyes as he listens to his friends, before he can overhear anything more he tucks away into the bathroom.

Jisung finds himself needing a fresh start and a new place to sleep. Minho has an open room and needs a new roommate. Paired together through mutual friends, the two find themselves at the start of something incredible.
