Thinking herself mad due to the stress of the pregnancy out of fear of losing her beloved mother, It is too late, her mother on her deathbed, when she realises that she is not going mad but a Targaryn dreamer.
Having seen snippets of the future and whispers of what may come to be, Rhaenyra does everything within her power to stop what may come.
As Rhaeynera makes great allies and enemies with each turn, she wonders if she is fixing the future...or making it worse.

Summary

When presented with a chance to go back in time and safe her family, she accepts and wakes up days after Queen Rhaenyra's coronation on Dragonstone in 129. Well aware of the dangers ahead, Daena throws herself into protecting her family and trying to warn them about the Green's plans. They don't call her 'the Defiant' for nothing!
