Summary
After the Expulsion of the Library, Angela took to a far more passive approach, one we are familiar with. Sorting the mass of books, focusing on her dear friend's writers block, and interacting with the other Patrons contentedly.
Some would consider this an odd outcome, wishing Angela to take vengeance upon the City and the inhabitants, but a mere glance inside would inform the unenlightened on why that did not occur. Well, one of many, many reasons, anyway. That reason being...ALL OF MY ASSISTANT LIBRARIANS ARE MORONS!!!!!
They can hardly handle themselves, let alone each other! It feels like they can't go a single day without causing what would be a Trumpet, if those were still around!
But,
To our dear director, Angela? It is unfortunately her mess. One that she’s built from her ruined stage up to the towering Library it is now.
And so, begrudgingly, her hands are tied to that very same mess. And it is my pleasure to allow us all a glance to the world so magnificent that revenge on the City is hardly even an afterthought…

This page takes a look at Document Number LCB-00-28. LCB stands for Limbus Company Bus, 00 means no central Sinner focus, and 28 designates this as the twenty-eighth document taken in by the department. In the current main LCB Mirror World, only one person survived Operation: Spider Pyre and remains within LCC captivity: Kira, the Middle Apprentice. But what if she hadn't? This document observes multiple different Mirror Worlds all with one key difference: the observation of what would've happened if a different Apprentice survived that day. What would need to occur for the apprentices to survive? Some are straightforward. Others... not so much.

Summary
You're a writer with a talent for growing things, working from home and living alone in a big old house on Mt. Ebott. No noise, no neighbors, and no one around to notice any suspiciously magical activity happening at your house from time to time. Just how you like it.
Then Frisk frees the monsters, and it turns out you're not the last magic user alive. You befriend the kid, and through them, meet the rest of their adoptive monster family. Sans hates your guts, but Papyrus seems to like you well enough.
Thanks to a machine created by the monsters' former royal scientist, alternate universe versions of Sans and Papyrus get tossed into your universe. Until anyone can figure out how to get them home, you get stuck with ten new skeleton roommates. Shenanigans ensue.
