Summary
This started out as the simple idea of 'Five Times People Made Voldemort Reflect on his Sorting by the Scarf of Sexual Preference & One Time His Husband Brought it Up' and then spiraled into a character piece about sexuality, sex, self-acceptance, and the way other people shape your relationship to yourself.
I'm still miffed about most explicit references to Voldemort's queerness being cut from AVPSY, and this fic reintroduces all of them, and makes Voldemort actually deal with them. This is all purely based in the Starkid-canon, with their characters.

Summary
Despite being the greatest wizard in the world there are many mysteries Voldemort has never been able to solve. How it was Harry Potter was able to defeat him as a baby. How he survived death a second time and found a new body despite his Horcrux's having been destroyed. What the hell a Hufflepuff actually is.
However, the greatest mystery he has ever encountered comes in the form of Quirinus Quirrell; the most unassuming, interesting, confusing man he has ever met. So, after finding his way back to his only friend in the world, Voldemort begins to unravel the enticing mystery that he cannot help but fall for and, in the process, finds out what coming home truly means.

Because this was so not fucking fair.
Since when were high school teachers this goddamn hot? Scratch that, since when did Dumbledore hire people who weren’t due to be shipped off to a senior home in a year or two? When Voldemort went to Hogwarts the youngest member of the staff had to have been fifty at the least. Shit, when Mu had said this dude was young, he thought she meant compared to other teachers! He was thinking he’d be, like, forty or something. This dude must’ve been in his twenties.
(Voldemort promptly decided that this must’ve been Dumbledore’s way of getting back at him for dropping out.)

Summary
As the door shut with an ominous boom, Voldemort swung his gaze back to the stranger – his new roommate, apparently. The man’s gaze was cast nervously on the floor, but slowly, he dragged his eyes up to meet Voldemort’s. The man gulped nervously. Involuntarily, Voldemort’s eyes flicked down to follow the movement of his Adam’s apple. Quickly, he forced his eyes back up.
“Hi,” greeted his cellmate. “I-I’m Quirinus Quirrell, but you c-can call me Quirrell.”
Voldemort stared back silently. Instead of replying, he crossed his arms again, stretching the thin fabric of his sleeveless undershirt over his chest, and flexed his biceps to look especially threatening. Quirrell went pink, his cheeks and ears heating up rapidly.
(basically, a Muggle Prison AU, in which Voldemort and Quirrell share a prison cell, and drama and fluff ensues)
