Sterecra had always been a gifted child, intellectually gifted for as long as he could remember. He simply found the lessons very easy.
At first, the attention was very welcome, perhaps a little more than expected. His ego and pride grew, though he struggled to admit it. But as time passed, his interest in her waned. Of course, a compliment was never out of place, but these days it was too easy to get one. The routine was becoming boring for him.
