Paper scoffed, but a smile tugged at his lips. "You do realize I'll just end up a soggy mess?"
OJ's grin widened. "Too late." He declared, his eyes sparkling with mischief. Before Paper could react, OJ grabbed his hand and pulled him up from the couch.
Paper let out a small yelp of protest, but OJ's grip was firm. "OJ! What are you doing-?" He exclaimed as he stumbled off the couch, still grasping his precious Warrior Cats novel.

This visit was not for his sake, but for her own sake. Closure, she believed, was the only justification for her presence behind the cold, unyielding glass.

Fan sighed, rubbing the back of his head apologetically, watching Paper's efforts to clean the book and sweater. "Really, sorry about that," He murmured, still feeling bad and hoping Paper wouldn't be too upset about the book. "You can borrow one of my shirts? Yours is kinda... sticky."
Paper didn't immediately reply, still focused on the task of cleaning the mess with a scowl, however he softened slightly at Fan's offer. "I mean, if you're okay with that..." he finally muttered, taking a break from his cleaning to look up at Fan.
