I am not your plaything.” He hissed in response, drawing himself up further and further on his toes to attempt to match Scar’s height. “I am not yours to control.”
The winged one smiled against his equal’s ear. “Now you,” he whispered ever so softly, ever so deadly, pausing briefly only to relish in Scar’s shudder, “worship me.”

Grian’s servitude to Scar cost him not only his freedom, but also any chance at gaining his own power ever again. But greed changes people, it fuels and drives them. Grian's rebellious, defiant nature became more and more dominant and apparent to Scar as time passed, but in attempt to put an end to it, he only managed to feed it kindling. Grian will get what he wants, starting firstly and primarily by showing his “owner” just how much they were on equal footing.[aka toxic-situationship “romance” fic with a whole lotta lusting]
