"Leon pulled back the slide, metal cold against his fingers – smooth, solid, familiar. He didn't have to check to know there was a bullet in the chamber, but he did anyway. He always did. One 9mm round, a small comfort when he was backed into a corner. If there was a bullet in the chamber, he could make it out alive. Now, it painted a different picture, but there was no less comfort.
He turned the Sentinel Nine over in his hands, feeling the textured grip. It was sturdy, resilient, easy to control with very little kick back, even when sweat soaked his palms. He could hold on and never let go. Maybe he never would."

“Leon?” Claire asked again after a tense moment.
He grimaced at the earnest concern in her voice, now so much closer. “I can handle it myself.”
Claire let out a brief laugh, but it didn’t hold much humor, “What’re you shy or something? I have an older brother, remember? It’s nothing I haven’t seen before.”
Oh you have no idea, Leon didn’t say. He squeezed his eyes shut when he felt more blood ooze down his chest and arm. “It’s not… Just don’t worry about it, okay?”

“You alright?” The general asked. His voice was distant in your ears. It was almost like an order cried out from across the battle field with none of the vitality attached.
“Fine, sir,” you were just as distant.
“Good, good…” Skywalker trailed off like he had something else he wanted to say. You stayed in place, clenched your jaw, and waited. He always had the luxury of falling apart, you might as well have the courtesy to let him get it together. “You did good out there today. I wasn’t sure how things would go without… Another commanding officer there.”
You felt something sharp snap within you, like shrapnel lodged in your gut. “Commander Tano’s absence will not be a problem, General.” Saying it made that metal twist slowly in your stomach. You breathed through it, and you stayed in line.

Summary
Fox was a lot of things, despite what the Kaminoans wanted him to think. He was a clone, a part of the Grand Army of the Republic. Destined to fight and die for this cause, because that’s what he was made for. That was what the Republic paid to make him into. He was the commander of the Coruscant Guard. A position assigned him after his one taste of terror and glory on Geonosis. Now forever confined to the cold, concrete basement of the Senate building, and the streets of a rotting planet that did not want him. Fox was a brother, to his batchers scattered across the galaxy, and to his men on Coruscant. He was a protector, forced to keep his brothers safe from the senators they were meant to serve. Fox was a hardass, allegedly. He was a pencil pusher, a killer, a punching bag and a play thing. In the end, however, Fox was only one thing. He’d been this when he was hardly a cadet, let alone a soldier, and he would be it until the day he died.
Above all else, Fox was a liar.

Summary
After an incident where Chongyun's parents find out he still hasn't gotten his yang energy in control enough to preform proper exorcisms, they ban him from his work. Desperate to get strong enough to do what he loves, the young exorcist hatches a plan to find Conqueror of Demons, Adeptus Xiao, and ask him to train him. With much effort this goal is achieved, but things don't exactly go as planed. It'll all be worth it in the end for Chongyun to become stronger, or at least that's what he hopes.

For the most part, this series is meant to be cannon compliant. Cas and Dean end up the exact same way that they do in Endverse, I'm just filling in the gaps
Dean-centric with some Destiel sprinkled in along the way.

Chris kept tapping at his body, desperate to find a weapon- a gun, a knife, a slingshot, anything- but, he wasn't armed. He was in Claire's house on Christmas Eve. His guns, at Claire's insistence, were in a safe he didn't have the code to.
Statler and Waldorf serenaded Sir Michael Caine on the screen, coming in through Claire's speakers in surround sound, but all Chris could hear was the rattle of chains and a familiar laugh that sent his heart into his stomach.
