Summary

Captain Rex embarrasses all of Mandalore by failing to assassinate Ahsoka Tano, Darth Vader's infamous Jedi Master. Qui-Gon Jinn embarrasses everybody one last time by sacrificing his life to help Mace Windu escape. Meanwhile, true patriots like Marshal Commanders Neyo and Bacara murder the Jedi gleefully.
Marshal Commander Cody hands over his padawan commander Obi-Wan Kenobi to the Empire without complaint. Obi-Wan Kenobi's death at the hands of his former master Darth Vader will happen in darkness, and the galaxy will come to regret it.

Summary
Commander Fox was just supposed to go on a simple walk through of the Kettransis Port when his unit and the Senator he's escorting get ambushed. Jedi Vos shows up and it is a choice between being overrun and killed or partnering with a Jedi. As a Clone Living Weapon, Fox could become a formidable weapon in the hands of a Jedi, but Quinlan Vos?
Ch 2: Two battles. One soured, the other healed. Fox is having a bad day.
Ch3: Obi-wan brings Quinlan to the Coruscant Guard Compound. Apologies, education, sparring, all interrupt Fox's job.
Ch 4: Next time turned into a lesson in proper Weapon handling. With many secrets coming to light.
Ch 5: An attack on Coruscant and a disturbing finding. Working under pressure counts as training. Right?
Ch 6: Fox reports to his bosses then goes missing. His situation deteriorates from there.

Summary

Ahsoka Tano had made her decision. She'd leave the Jedi Order, and there was nothing her Master could say that would convince her otherwise. She'd lost all the trust she'd once harbored for the Order. And for herself. The only thing she still trusted to guide her was the Force. So, when the Force suddenly started pushing against the decision she had made for herself, Ahsoka saw no other choice, but to go against her every instinct and stay with an Order she no longer felt like she belonged with.
Commander Fox had survived just fine without a Jedi general for years. He didn't need the help of a Force wielder, and neither did he want it at this point. So, when the Jedi suddenly forced a general upon him after years of fighting alone for the wellbeing of his troops, Fox doesn't know what to think. Other than that he really doesn't trust General Ahsoka Tano to do right by his boys.

Summary
Officially, the Coruscant Guard were a collection of specially-produced batches of Clones designed and trained for Military Police work, collected together to defend the Military and Political infrastructure of Coruscant. To the Senate, the Jedi, and the Public, they are a constant reminder of how much the war has consumed the daily life of the Republic. To the GAR, they're some warped mirror of their Brothers, enforcing strict regulations and uncaring for their own struggles.
Unofficially, the Coruscant Guard are the willing tools of the Sith, trained since they were decanted or pulled from the ranks of the GAR to be loyal not to the Republic, but to the Dark Lords. To the Guard, everyone else are ignorant fools who don't see what's right in front of their faces.
All of these viewpoints are, in some way, correct. And where there is a shared truth, there is overlap. And where there is overlap, there is potential for change.
(The Coruscant Guard are born, bred, and raised Sith. Now if only everyone else didn't try and bridge the gap.)
