Summary
The war between androids and humans ended as quickly as it began. But that didn’t mean that all humans were accepting the new status quo with the androids. Connor hesitates, unsure if he wants to say the next words but quickly realises that there’s no other way forward. Hank is the only one who can pull them out of this tangle of shame and desire. “So I’ll give you two options.” He continues, “you can tell me to go now and I will. I’ll run a mile, just like you say you want and you can go as you are. Or, you can open the door and be honest with me. But if you choose to do that you’re going to have to trust what I choose too.”
