Wait, Tucker thinks, and lifts his head to stare blankly at the poster on his bedroom wall. Well, there’s a lot of posters on all of his bedroom walls, admittedly, but a specific poster on a specific wall.
“You’re a genetically stable super-powered hybrid clone,” Tucker says to his poster, still staring at the digitally-rendered face of a teen idol superhero. Superboy continues to grin cockily at him, because he’s a special edition poster and obviously isn’t gonna stop doing that.
Tucker, very slowly, reaches for his phone and types something into Bing after all.

Summary
Some guests were just the worst. They wanted something. To ask questions. To poke at old wounds. To make smart remarks. Or simply to be seen next to the Wayne family. Jason didn't like any of them.
Except he never felt the way he did as he looked at Vlad Masters.
The voices all around him had become muffled. His sole focus was Masters. There was a distant scream. Jason could hear the familiar sound of nails scratching at something desperately. The scraping of ice that was too thick, too cold, but that didn't stop the hands from clawing from underneath. Someone was drowning. Someone was screaming, begging to be heard.
tldr; Vlad stole Danny's core leaving behind a hollow version of him with no one to help, but someone does in fact notice.

A burnt out Danny Fenton runs away when he turns 18. Away from his halfa! Jazz sister, Wraith, who he always plays second fiddle to. Away from his parents, who he can't lie to anymore. Away from his friends, who he just can't connect to anymore. And who, as he aged and started to look less like Danny and more like Dan, watched him less with concern and more with distrust.
And he's fine! Really! No, Frostbite, please don't look at him like that. He hangs out with Frostbite, Pandora, Clockwork, even meets a few human friends. He's been a barista at Lexbucks for 5 years now.
Everything's fine. Until he takes 2 bullets to the chest, walks it off, and every rogue in Gotham starts having a fascination with him.
Little does he know, his family is still looking for missing Danny Fenton. The son, the little brother, the best friend. When Condiment Man shows up (and gets kicked out of his store), Danny, who goes by Jack Walker now, has been found.
