All Katsuki wants to do is apologize to De— to Izuku... But apologies without action are meaningless; so he volunteers at that local hero’s Villain Rehabilitation Program. It’s the perfect plan: he’ll do community service, get to see how a real hero acts, and learn to be better. He’s not here to make friends or anything.
Shouta has been on this case for 5 years, and every time he thinks they’ve successfully taken down the Villain Factory, it comes back with a vengeance. Now, with his Problem Child’s brilliant analyses and Amplifier’s brat nosing his way in with his helpful yet dubiously legal... connections... he’s actually starting to believe that he can take the Villain Factory down for good.
