i have such strong thoughts on this. as a one-shot, it's not particularly relevant to canon, but i think it's really nice in the way that it portrays jen's coming of age journey with percy kind of doing his backdrop cool teacher thing, and i don't know it just made me think about like my 'springtime of youth' and how it's a unique kind of thing that you only get to once. strong feelings on this one. very good. only like 12k, please give it a read
