Summary
Timothy has, to Grandfather's surprise, been a blessing. After getting over himself and realizing that Damian was just “a kid who desperately needed a kind hand”.
He's obviously messed in the head but Damian does rather enjoy a kind touch. Timothy gladly gives those out. Despite his stalker tendencies (Damian has had to stop the man from tracking all of his, ugh, bullies online), he's been pretty good about integration Damian in the family activities, teaching him about how to survive Gotham Elite or whatnot and, unfortunately if you ask him, introducing him to the youngest Kent.
