After being in a mental hospital, Y/N found a job as a Forensic Science Technician in Miami. She just started to work and try to blend in with others so she can't stand out. After all, she came here to do a goal she wanted to do since she was a kid. Finding people to spend her time with, a place to rent and raising her charisma was easy. On the other hand...there is this strange guy in the lab, most of the time making prosthetics for his patient. He have been too nosy, curious of Y/N and it got to far. He knows everything now.

This idea of goodness that is imposed upon him, the imaginary rules, boxes and glass ceilings created by people who despise his very existence, that is what he panders to. The people who would rather hang him for living than loving him for holding back, Dexter doesn’t see it as well as I did when I was his age. The world does not love their saints, they do not worship their saviours, they get bored of them, get rid of them and ask for another more mouldable hero. Dexter is not a hero, he is a damaged boy, this is something I know more than he does.
