When Tengen instructs Inosuke, Zenitsu and Tanjiro to disguise themselves as women to sneak into and investigate why women are going missing in the pleasure houses of the entertainment district, Inosuke finds himself quickly being mistaken for a woman and Tengen will need to teach Inosuke a thing or two about working in the pleasure district.
However, things begin to develop as Tengen tries to teach Inosuke how to work in the pleasure district and his feelings for Inosuke begin to change into something unexpected.

Each slayer is given the option to choose their designated partner, however both parties must agree to being each other's partner, if a slayer didn't choose a designated partner within six months a partner would be assigned to them at random.

Anyways, the teenagers while on a mission from the master run into a demon that they aren't able to defeat. Because of that they get knocked out, kidnapped and brought back to the demon's lair. Now the boys have thick collars around their necks and are the demons new play things to enjoy.
Despite what they originally think the way the demon wants them to entertain it is to do sexual things to each other! That's right they find out that the demon is in love with man on man sex!! Will the boys be able to be free or will they ever be stuck satisfying each other for the demons pleasure?
The worst part about all this is that Tanjiro has a high libido and the other two have no idea what's coming to them.

Tanjiro was just turned into a demon by Muzan. The Hashira, Inosuke, Zenitsu and Kanao had to slice his head. But they failed as Tanjiro, Inosuke and Zenitsu ran away.
As morning start to rose, the trio hid in an abandoned house, where they put Tanjiro in the deepest corner, where light could not be seen.
Time passes, Tanjiro slowly lose himself.
He grabbed Inosuke and sucked the blood coming out of his wound.
