Guts stepped into the room, the candlelight throwing his shadow onto the wall, over Griffith’s half-naked body. Griffith took a half-step back, allowing him in. He never broke their gaze. Worlds were held in that gaze, a thousand fates and the fall of kingdoms, the rising blood-red sun, and beside her the moon. The only thing Guts could hear was his own heartbeat, racing madly in the space between them, or maybe it was Griffith's.
Maybe, one day, their hearts could coalesce. The heart is a force to be reckoned with, even when fate - and the flesh - attempts to rend them apart.

Summary
A college AU where the three main characters of Berserk all find themselves going to the same college, University of Hanover, in a vaguely European country during vaguely modern times. The three meet via the University’s fencing team, The Hawks, and end up in an unlikely trio of friendship.
Throughout all of this, Guts is trying to stay on the fencing team and keep his scholarship, Casca is working multiple jobs to pay off school debts, and Griffith… Griffith is hiding everything weighing on him with scary success.
Will the three be able to win the fencing championship, keep their grades up, and graduate on time?

Yes, he did love Casca. He wanted to envision for himself a dream where she fit comfortably and securely, like she fit against him now. He could not abandon the sword - this was all he knew, and, he had come to realize, was his purpose in life. But maybe… maybe she could find a place of belonging at his side.
This thought gave him a spark of hope for the future, one where he could find happiness and fulfillment. He would help her and their friends rescue Griffith and restore the Band of the Hawk to its former glory.
And then, what next? Only time would tell. Whatever his future held, he knew that he wouldn’t let Casca slip away from him. Not again. Never again. -

Hello! This is my first time on AO3 and the first fun thing I've written in awhile. I was recently left my job due to health issues and I'm using this as a way to process it. This fic will contain absolutley no scene of sexual assault
Summary: Guts is entering his summer vacation before his senior year in college. He is earning his degree in Marketing. During his vacation he is awared an oppurtunity to intern at the one of the largest marketing firms in Midland, The Banded Hawk. Guts quickly rises through the ranks and has to decide if he has what it takes to make his aspirations become his reality.
President Griffith is charming, successful and beautiful, but has an underlying darkside. He's willing to do anything to keep his spot at the top. VP Casca struggles to maintain the balance between her work duties and her personal life. In an effort to control it, Casca has a no fraternizing rule with her co-workers. She is seemingly cold and mysterious. It all crashes when Casca develops a curious attraction to new comer, Guts, but can't quiet put her finger on why. She begins to journal her feelings.
