Happy 3rd Anniversary, Undertale!
After over 2000 resets, and watching his little brother die yet again, Sans finally snaps. His new choices lead to the barrier breaking and him assuming control of monsters. However, by absorbing the Red Soul and Chara's hatred, Sans becomes a ruthless dictator after almost single-handedly winning the war against humanity.
Over 50 years pass, and Sans is still in command, respected and feared by monsters and humans. Humans have become slaves - treated well so long as they obey - and a new species has been born. They have been officially called Mongrels, and they are the offspring of human mages and monsters. All mages are eliminated, and Mongrels are sent to orphanages to learn to live in society with low level jobs to keep them under control.
However, one day Sans stumbles upon a group of monster teens beating up a female mongrel they kidnapped specifically to abuse before handing over to the Royal Guard as a 'runaway' and immediately takes the abused girl in, much to the shock and dismay of the rest of the world. For someone who has been so ruthless, it makes no sense. But the world will soon realize that the mongrel, Raina is the key to Sans returning to his true self.Series

Summary
CounterTale: A world where monsters won the war, Frisk and Asriel freed the humans and are working to find peace between two races who only care about ripping each other apart, and because the humans successfully kidnapped the monster monarchy, Sans was magically chosen to take over. Ten years have passed since he was forcibly elected to lead and his brother is falling down and if his remaining family does die, he will give up and follow Papyrus.
Earth 2017: I hate life. I always have. Coming home to a bitchy roommate who acts like everyone should kiss her ass, it's just too much. After a snap decision, I'm forced to run away. But the police aren't far behind and after a mistake, I am shot down and am at death's door.
Just when all hope seems lost, Sans and I are both given hope. An unexpected visitor comes plummeting from the sky and invades the monster kingdom with sass and ridiculous drama, but ends up helping in ways that seemed impossible. As for me, I am transported to a world like that of the video game I have grown to love...with quite a few big differences that are unexpected. But regardless, I am given a new life, a new purpose, and have unlocked new powers. What could go wrong?

However, as Rachel anticipated, Sans is finally forced to meet the demands of his kingdom and search for a bride. However, as his Soul is already bonded to another, the truth will cause a lot of chaos. So, Sans and Rachel must race against the clock in order to find a solution that will appease the other world leaders. Surely getting some more help might not be so bad...
