Summary
This the story of Kingdomtale, an au I created that's essentially Undertale if it took place in the medieval century. It's not historically accurate but it's my take on this popular concept. I have already posted a series for this au but have grown dissatisfied with it. I know I can write something better. This is the new and improved Kingdomtale, and it's going to come back even stronger and better than before. My hope is that this story can feel nostalgic in a way, like you are experiencing Undertale all over again for the first time.
Here is just a quick snippet of the plot: The year is 15XX, and another human has fallen down Mount Ebott. This human is no more than a child, having woken up in a bed of golden flowers. How did they get there? They'll soon discover a world of monsters, magic, and much more. Can one human child bring peace between two different races that have been forced to share one Kingdom? Well, you'll just have to read to see if the story is still as you remember it.

Summary
Long ago on the surface as the light of the sun gave protection. Humans and monsters live in peace and humility side by side, as days pass and the small village starts to advance. A sickness struck, humans baffled by this as they struggled to find a reason why as the ill became fatalities. The odd part as none of the monsters became sick, anger on one side bled into the other when an irredeemable action was made and war started. irreversible damage on both sides as it escalated. The Queen of Monsters as a last resort tried to plead mercy with humans of the village. After the case was solved, they agreed with the monsters being sealed down.
Tragedy struck monsterkind, the King of Monster declared war on humankind with the goal of getting 7 human souls. With the disappearances, humans fought back and with the amount of lives lost, the ones with the strongest [DETERMINATION] able to be contained.
Years later the war was forgotten as civilization advanced. The missing cases caused in MT. Ebott made them put up warning signs warning anyone from venturing into it as a way of preventing.- Language:

This fanfic was based almost entirely on a dream i had once; so the title, story concept and some elements were taken from that (idk why "to join a" is repeated 3 times in the title, it made sense to me in the dream)
About a week into his new life on the surface, papyrus gets bored and doesn't know what to do with himself now that there's no need for the royal guard anymore. One day he turns on the TV and gets struck with inspiration for his next big goal......STARTING A BAND!!!

Some time after Frisk somehow returns to underground to check on some friends they had there, but it seems like they’ll have to face a problem in face of a king, who built the perfectly suffering empire and wants everything to stay as he made it. -

Summary
It's been 10 years since Mettaton took over the Underground. Anne, a 15 year old girl, falls down after trying to check if a message she hears in an old phone she finds is real. Anne arrives at the Underground, oblivious to the dangers in the kingdom, except for bits of information from the message. Throughout her journey, Anne discovers the truth about the Underground with the help of other monsters and she also discovers some things about herself.
Royal Bullet's plot extends parts of Undertale's canon plot, and contains some headcanons of mine.
