The Annual Street Fighter Tournament has begun! Familiar faces from all over the series' long history have come together to prove themselves. But, amongst the iconic characters, one newbie tries to prove themselves.
Martha, a fiery, steampunk-inspired inventor from Metro City has had an indomitable fighting spirit from the get-go. When she's not fighting, she's creating new gadgets to help her on the battlefield. While she has a myriad of bots that help her fight, her main gadget is her handy parasol. Dozens of tools in one weapon, and it just so happens to fit her outfit. But, even with her impressive resume, she's still trying to find her way in life.
Just yesterday, she was able to defeat Sodom in a qualifier match for the illustrious tournament. Now, she has to pack her bags, board an Airship (Funded by Karin, obviously) and fly with 63 other competitors all the way to Tokyo to see who is the greatest fighter in the world!

Unlike the novelization of the game I did, this will be a re-imagining of the Final Fight story with some elements of Final Fight 2 in there.
Mayor Mike Haggar plans to make Metro City a safer city than before, but the Mad Gear Gang has the city on lock. Cody Travers, along with his friend Guy have problems with them as well. Will Mad Gear continue to make Metro City a living nightmare or will Haggar bring down the city's gang problem?
Rated M for language, violence, and some sexual content (later on, at least).

Summary
Cody's not sure if Haggar's going senile early or if he genuinely thinks this is a good idea. Either way, in the early months of his campaign season, Haggar reveals his plan for Cody to win the Metro City Mayor position in a landslide: acquire the support of the otherwise non-voting population of Metro's Chinatown.
Three brothers and their grand-uncle, famously revered as the "Protectors of Chinatown," serve as a fantastic promotion source, but Cody faces some pushback from the odd family in this quest, all while questioning his own future and place in the world.

Metro City is a well known Crime Capital. It has been ruled by the Mad Gear Shotas gang that has maintained their position by bribing police officers and politicians to do their biding or turn a blind eye to their crimes. M. Haggar is a woman determined to change this.
Having been rejected by Haggar, Mad Gear Shotas' lieutenant Damnd kidnapped Jessica in hopes that Haggar would make the intelligent choice and get into their payroll. But it may the end of the gang when Haggar recruits her friends Guy, a girl trained in the art of Bushin-ryu Ninjutsu, and Codie, a hot-headed blonde girl with a liking for knives. Together they form the biggest threat to MGS since Belger formed it from the chaos of the city, that is if they can overcome the waves of horny boys aiming for their pussies.
