Junko loved to play up this idea of herself as a scatterbrained hooligan, causing little bits of chaos at random whims, not planning or calculating anything in particular, just enjoying the fallout. And she fooled some, but not all, and certainly not Kyoko.

Kiyotaka takes her place as the new mastermind. Not to push anything but his despair. As to him, at his millionth attempt, his and Mondo's fate is unchangeable. So, he maintains the order of bloodshed he has grown to only know. Waiting for when eventually Mondo would die again, but changes he has never seen happened. Naegi is dead. Mukuro lives.
