Both Elphaba Thropp and Pinocchio Belmagio-Tomasso have HAD IT- even if for *VERY DIFFERENT reasons*. Meaning that when Elphaba *FEELS* rather than Conceals, her magic reacts to Pinocchio's own wish that he could be *far far away from* Twinkle and vice-versa... which causes 'Little Woodenhead' to SWITCH PLACES WITH Elphaba's 'tragically beautiful' sister Nessarose. -Meaning that 'Nessa's' now in TOONTOWN, and Pinocchio's in *Oz and Shiz* along with *NOT Jiminy Cricket*...!!!
From there, of course, *things CHANGE* in the grand scheme of The Greater Good of Oz even before Prince Fiyero Tigelaar of the Vinkus comes literally riding by as Elphaba Thropp both TRULY defies gravity and finally gets a *GOOD younger sibling* and Boq Woodsman falls in REQUITED love with someone who's neither Galinda Upland or Nessarose Thropp... or *FE-male*, for that matter.

Once upon a time in New York City, a spunky orphan girl/foster kid and sweet hurt abandoned puppet-boy both go looking for their Dream- *their FAMILY*- and eventually find it where they least expect it...
Elphaba Margaret Cynthia Thropp-Diggs has *ALWAYS* been different- inwardly and outwardly. *No surprise there*, considering that she's the child of two very different worlds as well as a Witch born and GREEN: Oz and the good ol' USA, North America! (Not to mention an *AFFAIR child*, which didn't help matters in the least...) Will Stacks??? Fairly normal- just nearly as lonely and alone as 'the Wicked Witch of the West'. They're not exactly what you would call 'friends' much less *'besties'* like Elphaba and Boq Ethan Woodsman... but they're *friend-LY* enough with each other.
And then, one day, a hard-knock life becomes much easier and a rainbow appears in the sky as well as the Wishing Star... Or, Annie Bennett and Will Stacks and Pinocchio Orfano and Elphaba Thropp-Diggs accidentally meet and experience a feeling so SUDDEN and *new* and fervid as a flame the moment they respectively lay eyes on each other. Does it have a name?? *Yes*...!

Pinocchio’s life had mostly returned to normal after Princess Emma's departure, until it was all turned on its head when he came across what he previously thought was just a regular, broken sword.
That find lands him in the strangest of situations, including a war he had no plans on taking part in, raising a child he was suddenly saddled with, and being forced to work together with individuals he never dreamed of meeting.

Boq Ethan Woodsman IS angry- is hurt. Is *DEVASTATED*. *Ofcourseheis*!! But- However, he knows very well despite what SHE said, it *was NOT* Elphaba's fault, despite what he's now been turned into. It's *HER* fault- *NESSAROSE'S fault*. The Wicked Witch of the EAST'S fault. It always has been...!!
Pinocchio *does NOT* know what to do anymore than his new actual friend Miss Dorothy Gale. He's more-or-less SAFE finally, yes... but just like Dorothy, he and his cricket conscience-turned-*cat like Figaro* are far away from home because of certain cruel mean horrible adults. Even worse, EVEN FARTHER now-!!! (Also, he apparently has to *LIE* about who and what he is. *Which he HATES*...!!!!)
Eventually, the 'Tin Man' and the 'Scarecrow' meet one another and get along quite nicely despite slight apprehensions for one reason or another... and also find themselves wondering what this *OTHER feeling* so sudden and new and PURE and *strong* is, nevermind their both being males???
(Or, in other words, in *THIS story*, Boq Woodsman CHANGES; for *the BETTER*. For- well, *For Good*...)
