Dandy had changed into his Twisted form too many times, and now he’s stuck. Meaning that Astro is now in charge- something he’d rather lick a cheese grater than do, but the toons need him.
Even though the ichor operation is done, there’s still some Twisteds- violent, bloodthirsty ones- who need to be fixed. With Dandy being right at the front of them.
Now, Astro must balance his new role as a leader, trying to restore toons twisted beyond repair, and trying to fix Dandy- even if other toons don’t really want him back.

(Male toons can produce sperm)
But why did they do that to the male toons? Using them and milking them like a cow for the milk? This is such a torture...Their cum would be secretly sweetened and turned into milk that the gardenview chefs would put on the desserts and shakes and make customers be satisfied with their food.
Or made it into a drink...Each side (male) toons has their own toon handler that (didn't exist in the original game's universe) but they are given their names based on their toon.
