Michael Afton has led his whole life alone and independently up to this point, where he watched his own building go down in flames with a smile.
He sits in his office chair one last time before being enveloped in flames, along with everyone and everything else in the building. Death is comforting yet unfamiliar to him, and he finally feels excitement to be set free. To finally move on.
But the opposite happens, and he finds himself back in his teenage body, hormonal tendencies and all with quite a bit of memory loss.Picking up the pieces of his past, Mike tries to fix his fathers mistakes, all while trying to stay alive as familiar faces from before he died seemed to have changed for the worse.

A continuation of the FNAF 2 movie with plot twists, inspired with Trilogy, using my theories and theories of many others regarding the plot, as well as my personal headcanons. Please keep in mind that this is an alternate universe, so it may diverge significantly from the plot of the movies and games, especially the latter.
Please note that this is literally my first fanfic since 2020, and I'm not as deep into the FNAF fandom as I used to be. Especially what Secret of the Mimic did to lore!! 😭 -
