Summary
A small love story between Shinsou Hitoshi and Bakugou Katsuki. Angst, comfort, two assholes, a lot of cursing, some 'what-the-fuck' dry humour, gay panic, eventual getting together, and even a bit of smut at the end for extra spice.
Katsuki turned to look at him, but Hitoshi didn’t bother to meet the stare. There was nothing nice there to look at. For now at least.
“You’re cold as fuck. You know that?”
Hitoshi smiled, silently tracing the kanji on the gravestone with his eyes. “Like a corpse. Topical,” he said, not quite able to move his mouth out of the way of his foot this time. Whoops.
“Fucking hell. You did not just say that,” Katsuki wheezed.
Hitoshi smiled a bit bigger, unable to help himself. “I did. But if it’s any consolation, it happened before I could stop it and I’m vaguely ashamed of myself.”
Thankfully Katsuki snorted and started to laugh hysterically. Hitoshi closed his eyes again and felt his heart ache at the sound.
This fic is all finished, but I’ll be updating every week to allow myself some last-minute fussing.

"From his vantage point on the museum steps, Buck can see Eddie for a little longer than Eddie can see him, and he watches as Eddie scans the crowd. After a not-quite-unexpected kiss, Buck and Eddie finally begin their journey as more than friends. However, as the pair get to know each other in a new way, Buck must finally come to terms with and heal from the past he has worked so hard to bury.
A slow-burn fic exploring what it means to fall in love and find happiness after trauma.
